About Shipping
Our goal is to ensure that the items are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.
All products sold on ikier.com are guaranteed to be delivered within 30 days. If you have not received your products after this time, you are entitled to a full refund after a postal inspection.
About Import Tax
Most of our products are stocked in US & European warehouses. In this case, most of the customer's orders will be shipped from the corresponding warehouses, so customers from EU member states and the US do not need to pay any customs duty. Orders from other countries will be shipped from the Shenzhen Warehouse in China, and most of the orders will incur customs duty, which is borne by the customers themselves.
However, if the products are out of stock in the US or EU countries' warehouses, we will also ship them from Shenzhen, China. In this case, customers from EU member countries need to bear the customs duty by themselves.
Don't worry, we will contact customers in advance if they need to bear the customs duty.

perfect
Just works very good
After a few bumps/hiccups with my initial laser purchase -the 36w - I was a little hesitant to purchase the new enclosure- especially with no real reviews out there for adding it to an existing machine.
I bit the bullet as they say - purchased the enclosure and purifier - both came in a few days - and I must say- Very Very very happy.
Would highly recommend the enclosure.
Great enclosure, quick to assemble and works well in extracting fumes. Minor issues
1. Turning on the fan and lights with the inline switch also turns on the power to the laser.
2. Product description states that it is suitable for all IKIER models, correct in the fact that they all fit inside it. However the lid opening function to turn off the laser does not work with all models unless you get a firmware update which is available now.To be fair, once I raised this with support they sent this out to me within 2 days. Happy to say it all works fine now.
